This comprehensive 2-day train the trainer class is designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to proficiently administer the sUAS (small Unmanned Aircraft Systems) NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Test Methods levels 1 through 3. These test methods have been meticulously developed and refined to establish a national standard that is widely embraced by organizations across the United States for the purpose of assessing and evaluating the flight skills of drone pilots as well as the operational capabilities of various drone models.
The training will include hands-on exercises that allow trainers to practice administering the tests, ensuring they gain a thorough understanding of the evaluation criteria and procedures involved. By the end of the class, participants will be well-prepared to lead their own training sessions, confidently guiding others through the testing process while adhering to the established standards.
